I'm a spiritual healer and intuitive life coach and I've spent the last 20 years working with the healing energies of nature and the universe to support sensitive and empathic coaches, healers and practitioners to feel confident with their intuition and spiritual gifts, tap into their potential and open up to their possibilities.

I started out connecting with these healing energies to help me to cope with challenges that I was experiencing in my own life at the time - and now I am the author of several decks of Essence Cards and am the creator of a powerful method called Spiritual Design that supports us to love and honour ourselves for who we are as well as provide a map for tapping into our own higher consciousness for healing, creating and manifesting.
