I’m a yogi, fitness pro and runner and I’ve spent the last 30 years focused on helping women get strong and fit and stay healthy for life.

I started out coaching women to run their first 5km, and realized to have longevity in the sport they loved and thrive through midlife, my female athletes (yes even weekend warriors are athletes) needed a holistic plan.

I created the Powerful Woman Movement to give women the training, tools and belief in themselves to stay fit and strong for life.
