Sian from Lancaster & Cornish

I’m a botanical textile artist and educator and I’ve spent the last 12 years mastering natural dyeing of fabric and discovering exciting connections between art and science in this heritage craft.

I started out dyeing fabric scraps using tea around my kitchen table and now I work from my studio producing beautiful silk ribbons and textiles for weddings, events and films, as well as sharing my knowledge with others through workshops, events and my online membership 'The Natural Dye Journal.'
